There are two ways to enroll.  If you are paying with a credit card (the full payment), you may register on-line (from the home page or the application page of our web-site) through Active.com.  You may also print the application and parental consent and mail those with a $250 deposit:  Creighton Soccer Academy,  2909 S. 99th Ave., Omaha, NE 68124.  If you register and pay-in-full by April 1, 2008, you will receive a free Diadora soccer back pack!  Campers enrolling after April 1, 2008 will receive a Diadora nap sack on the first day of camp.  All confirmation/communication will be through e-mail unless requested otherwise so please include a correct e-mail address.

  Refunds

No refunds of the deposit are issued. All requests for refunds must be in writing and each refund will be handled on a case-to-case basis. 

 
  Camp Ball

Each camper must have a soccer ball at camp. Bring your own ball or purchase a custom-made, hand-stitched Diadora ball.  Diadora has created a specially designed soccer ball for the Creighton Soccer Academy with the the Creighton Soccer Academy and Jays logo.  This limited edition ball is the exact same quality as Diadora Seire A ball that retails for $60.  The ball is the same ball that the Creighton Bluejays use for training and matches.  The ball is available at cost for only $35 while supplies last.

 
  Camp Insurance

All campers must have health insurance to attend any of the Creighton Soccer Camps. 
 

  Eligibility

Campers must be at least 10 years of age. New NCAA legislation allows high school graduates to attend camp.

 
  Team Training

Teams are encouraged to attend camp as a group. Field players will train together, while goalkeepers have their own sessions and rejoin their teams for matches. Teams can room together on the same residence hall floor. Nothing can take the place of a week together in a total soccer environment for team development and unity.

When teams of 10 or more attend camp as a group, one coach attends free.

  Transportation

Omaha’s Eppley Airport is located 15 minutes from the Academy. Campers can be transported round trip for $20 or one way for $10. Arrangements for pickup must be made two weeks in advance of camp.

   Confirmation 

Confirmation will be sent to you as soon as we receive your application (either on-line or through the mail.) If you register on-line, your confirmation will be sent immediately to your e-mail address.   If you register through the mail, confirmation will be sent upon receipt to the e-mail addresses you have listed.  Please include a correct e-mail address.  The information sheet of how to prepare for camp, what to bring, etc. may be accessed on our web-site.  Please refer to the "What-to-bring" menu button.  We handle all of our communication through e-mail, so if you would prefer to have information sent to you by U.S. Postal Service, please let us know.
